Pastels can produce wonderful things in the right hands, and The Tree is a perfect example. ~LedyOfLight did a superb job, not only combining colors, but working a flow that is simply breathtaking. (Featured by `dinyctis)

Great use of colours. This picture reminds me alot of the spirit of the mountains where I live. Northern lights and windy barren lands.

This drawing is superbly done; it reminds me very much of impressionistic style. The smooth lines you've used have expressed/suggested the tree and sky in a wonderfully abstract sense. The colors also make for a very elegant, graceful scene. It's beautiful.

wow, that's really beautiful. I really like this. I like the flow of the different colors coming in they all move together. I like how the fade of tree limbs and everything goes.. like it's running with the wind in a process of being sucked up by the beautiful colors that rise in the background. Nice.
